Overview
We start at your preferred time and drive the first 15 km along the coast to the banana village of Aourir. From there, we continue along the Honey Road, lined with thyme bushes and beehives on both sides — this is where the famous thyme honey is produced.
Our journey continues through one of the most beautiful mountain landscapes in Morocco, in the High Atlas Mountains. We pass through the Tamzargout Valley, with its narrow gorges, green palm oases, olive groves, and banana plants. The stunning scenery invites you to pause and take photos.
After about 2 hours, we reach the honey capital Imouzer, where a traditional Berber market takes place every Thursday. From there, a short walk leads us to the Imouzer waterfalls, which offer a charming natural spectacle depending on recent rainfall.
As a hidden gem, we can also take a 35-minute walk through Paradise Valley, reaching natural rock pools perfect for relaxation and photos.
After a leisurely return journey, we arrive back at your hotel in about 1.5 hours.
