1. About Us

Agadir Excursion SARL (“Agadir Excursion”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides tours, excursions, activities, and transportation services throughout Agadir and Morocco.

By making a booking through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.

A booking is confirmed only after payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time before a booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for partially used services.

No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to attend the activity at the scheduled meeting point and time without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Changes by the Customer

Requests to modify booking dates or participant details are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Changes or Cancellation by Agadir Excursion

In rare circumstances, we may need to modify or cancel an activity due to safety concerns, operational reasons, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

If we cancel an activity and no suitable alternative can be provided, a full refund will be issued.

7. Force Majeure

Agadir Excursion shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Severe weather
Government restrictions
Strikes
Road closures
Public health emergencies
Civil unrest

In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative dates or solutions where possible.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

Providing accurate booking information.
Arriving on time at the designated meeting point.
Following safety instructions provided by guides and drivers.
Ensuring they are physically able to participate in the booked activity.

9. Liability

Participation in tours and outdoor activities involves inherent risks.

Agadir Excursion accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage except where required by applicable law.
